Tech came out and diagnosed a failed thermostat and fan. Said he could order parts and be back in a week. $300. After repairs were made, the issue continued. Tech came back out, explained to my wife that a "piece had broken off the fan, and needed to be glued back on." A week later the loud rattling and high temp alarm came back. I hired another company, who diagnosed quickly a water leak in the freezer and fixed the actual problem. I never received an invoice from the tech after coming out twice.
